My husband has been on 5mg of celexa days and doesn't want

*This website DOES NOT constitute treatment and only provides information and advice. For treatment (therapy and/or medications) you must go to a licensed professional in your area.

Hello and thank you for your question. Your husband should tell his doctor that he wants to discontinue the medication, but because his dose of the Celexa is so low and because he has not been on the medication for a significant length of time than he can stop the medication without any fear of withdrawal symptoms.
