Yes this would be paranoia by definition.

How extensive it is and how pathological needs assessment.

Even if you do not have insurance there are options to see a doctor.

Call the health department and find out where the neighborhood clinics are..they are on sliding scale.

Or
Find out where the nearest teaching hospitals are..they will have medical clinics on sliding scale and this will also tie you into specialists as needed in most cases.
