Elliott, LPCC, NCC :

Dear friend,

Elliott, LPCC, NCC :

I believe that I can help youl

Elliott, LPCC, NCC :

Are you taking any medications such as antidepressants?

Customer:

none

Elliott, LPCC, NCC :

Do you have any medical conditions?

Customer:

none whatsoever that i m aware of

Elliott, LPCC, NCC :

Since you do not seem to have a psychological cause (although you may), you should see your GP for blood tests (full blood count, liver function, estradiol, total testosterone, SHBG, FSH/LH, prolactin, thyroid function, lipids and fasting glucose. You need to check for other conditions such as diabetes, lack of ovulation, low thyroid function or hormone imbalances. The fact that this is tied to lack of your monthly menses is a sign that something may be physically wrong.

Customer:

ok will do so...thanks

Elliott, LPCC, NCC :

You would probably need further evaluation from a specialist in sexual medicine who would give more tests evaluate genital blood flow and genital sensation, as well as giving a neurological work-up to determine the degree (if any) of nerve damage.

Elliott, LPCC, NCC :

You are very welcome.
