Resolved Question:

I often feel this continued pressure on my head which makes it difficult to think clearly. Also tinnitus is worse when feeling this way. Are there specific foods to avoid? How do dark chocolate, coffee, and coconut products affect my condition?

Hi there,
Thank you for your reply.
It sounds like you have been under lots of stress from work.
Everyone may be different regarding diet. But, in my observation, excess intake of caffeine may cause irritability and anxiety to some people.
You may have allergic reaction to some foods.
Regarding diets for depression,
eating foods rich in antioxidants, healthy carbs and fiber,
protein-rich foods, omega-3 fatty acids such as fatty fish (anchovy, mackerel, salmon, sardines, shad, and tuna), flaxseed, and nuts.
Sources alpha-linolenic acid (another type of omega-3 fatty acid): flaxseed, canola oil, soybean oil, walnuts, and dark green leafy vegetables are recommended.
Please let me know if you have more questions or I have overlooked any thing. Good luck to you.
