Are there any other ways to deal with ADHD without medical treatment? I have no health insurance.

Thank you for your question. Depending on the severity of ADHD, it can be treated without medications. For example, organization and planning are key components in coping with the symptoms of ADHD. Consider planning ahead or coming up with an organization system that will allow you to complete tasks that needs to be accomplish.
