You should not have weight gain problems with the Viibryd. It is a newly approved SSRI anti-depressant with the advantage of no sexual or weight gain side effects. It should be as effective as the Lexapro for you.

Yes, well I would not pay attention to what you read on a depression forum. Viibyrd and Lexapro are both SSRIs and you should be fine on the Viibryd. Who is prescribing and monitoring it for you?
