yes I agree with you I think my issues are a little bit of everything from work, school til my relationship but then I thinking if other can handle it why shouldnt I be able to handle it.

they come and go but I realized that if I get a little more stress then usually then it throws me off the right way

but nothing really changed in terms of my lifestyle or something that I can identify what triggers the reaction

yes besides crying and not wanted to talk to anybody or being around ppl I am getting pretty much in I dont care mood like if I die I wouldnt care and this scares me a lot

630 am take out dog, 715am leaving school, in school til 330pm go working out til 530pm, coming home, making dinner, talking to boyfriend about how the day went by and then 1030 getting to bed thats pretty much my normal day

thank u i really appreciate it but what is the cost $$ of a second session? I am sorry I have to ask because my finances are really limited but on the other side I have the feeling if i dont figure out whats going on then i fear I will not end up good. Right now I have the feeling I can kind of control my emotions somehow or actually I can get myself together again, but every time I have another breakdown it's getting worse and worse and it is like I am standing next to myself and watching my own breakdown but dont now why it is that way.
