I had a upper gi a few years ago and didn't find anything as well as an blood occult test which came out negative. I had a colonscopy done back in 1985 and nothing there.

Hello,

If your symptoms are since 1985, these are unlikely to be cancer. It is likely to be anxiety and / or depression. I am not sure if you have tried cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or interpersonal therapy. These sessions are very helpful with hypnosis, meditation, relaxation techniques for the treatment. Cultivating an hobby, participation in sporting activities, etc may also help in long duration.
