VerifiedAfter having a hypo manic state, you can experience intense symptoms like these. You could be cycling more quickly and experiencing the range of symptoms associated with mania and even depression. Because the cycle is quick and the symptoms are severe you may want to access care or tell your psychologist. Bipolars many time enjoy the mania but crash quickly and don't know what to do. You need assistance with this so that you don't experience depression that is severe and debilitating. You should be treated whichever cycle you are in at the time. Sometimes bipolars almost enjoy the manic state but you have to focus on how you feel now. Mania comes at a cost. Decide if being unstable is worth enjoy the high. It usually is not
