Good afternoon, and welcome to JA.

You are not alone! EVERYONE dreams every single night... actually, several times per night.

Unless you are under the influence of drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or alcohol - or have a disrupted sleep cycle due to a medical condition - you dream every time you sleep. Research indicated that when we sleep, we tend to fall into a stage of sleep in which dreams occur roughly every 90-120 minutes.

Some people claim they sleep and don't dream... but research evidence suggests that they do actually dream. These people are simply unaware of their dreams and/or don't remember them.

Perhaps what you are experiencing is an increase in your memories of your dreams!

So - you have nothing to worry about. May your dreams come true!

Oh... just a quick addition. I wanted to let you know that some medications, when first introduced, can enhance one's dream recall. So, for example, if you've recently started an SSRI-type medication, this might also explain changes in your dreaming.
