I keep coming back to it. What's causing this and what can

Thank you for contacting Just Answer. Are you sure that it's all in your mind? A rule of thumb --- always, always, rule out organicity first. If nothing is wrong, then you look at the psychological component. If indeed it is all in your mind, then you should consult with a psychotherapist who will travel through your journey with you to determine what is the root cause of this.
