My depression has paralyzed me - normally I am a fully functioning eductated, use to be senior management level. Now I feel nothing.
I require some concrete botXXXXX XXXXXnes to move forward. I am not able to leave my condo on some days. I have socially isolated myself. Don't know where to go next.

Hi, Recognizing how paralyzed you are feeling is actually helping you attempt to move forward however you could use some outside help. If you are not on medication it might be a good idea to see a psychiatrist for an evaluation and medication. Once you are on medication you will start to feel more motivated and able to deal with your depression in therapy.
