I'm sorry to hear that you are having these problems with your husband. I would say that it's a good possibility that he has some sort of disorder or addiction. The fact that he is having trouble in all areas of his life would indicate that it is not you. If it were just you and your marriage, then he wouldn't be in financial trouble, or being fired from his job.
Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything you can do, other than proceed to divorce him. He clearly does not want a relationship with you, and he is irresponsible in all areas of his life. You can't make someone get help. All you can do is minimize the impact of his problems on you and your life. If you need to, get some counseling to help you move on, but do move on. There is little else you can do here.
