Thanks for using JustAnswer!
Could you please explain why you feel you are having a nervous breakdown, what are your symtpoms?
Is there anyway you can quit your job and get a different one?
Are you currently on the antidepressants?
Have you seen a therapist?

Sounds like you are suffering from depression. I would suggest that you set up an appointment with a psychiatrist who can get you started on an anti-depressant which should start making you feel a little better. The psychiatrist can then refer you to a therapist who can help you work through what is going on in your life and how to best manage. A CBT therapist will probably be the best for you.
