Good Afternoon,

If you have a mental health insurance, you may want to contact the insurance plan and ask for an assistance in finding an urgent appointment with someone who is in your network.

The insurance company/managed care generally can assist in situations when urgency is of an essence (you may have to elaborate on your request but the person who will be assisting you is a mental health professional).
