We have not gotten intimate as of yet...I am willing to wait for that as I know it might be hard on her. She has a 5 year old son that I adore. We have been dating about 2 months and have known each other 5. I know she cares for me but might be scared...what should I do if I do not want to lose her? Please help

lt;p>DearCustomer

Based on the information you have provided I do not believe you have any legal basis to act on your girlfriend's behalf. Further, unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done, legally, to keep your relationship together.

I understand that you are wanting to assist her in dealing with this and the only thing that can be done is for you to support her and continue to assist her to work through this.
