my girlfriend was assaulted by her ex husband. they have been divorced for 4 years now and ahe carries the physical pain everyday...I believe her depression is due to this as well. I know that I love her put as soon as we string along a couple of good days together she pulls back. We have not gotten intimate as of yet...I am willing to wait for that as I know it might be hard on her. She has a 5 year old son that I adore. We have been dating about 2 months and have known each other 5. I know she cares for me but might be scared...what should I do if I do not want to lose her? Please help
