Well, Boderline personality disorder , is also called as emotionally unstable personality , in which the person effected goes through variability / instability in mood , has emotional issues and vulnerability and is quite easily influenced by other people's comments or actions and start behaving to appease others . These people are unstable in maintaining relationships and always find difficulty to form reliable/ trusting relationships with family members , friends and others.

Some other features of Boderline personality disorder are--

1) Impulsive individuals , leading to self damage -- such as promiscuous sex , binge eating , substance abuse.

2) Suicidal tendencies are there or self injurng behaviour is there such as cutting , burning of self, interfering with wound healing,etc.

3) Unstable and inferior self image and continuous appeasement of others to gain importance .

4)Inappropriate or out of control anger without any justification or provocattion , which is more like an attention seeking tactic and throwing temper tantrums.

5)Feelings of low mood , emptiness , and worthlessness.

6)variation in mood.
