The combination of medications that you're taking, plus the Xanax, sounds very dangerous. I would strongly encourage you to find a psychiatrist quickly- you can do this by calling (or going to) your local emergency room or crisis center. You should be able to find these places through the phone book or online search. They will see you quickly and will usually also help you set up longer-term care with somebody outside of the hospital or crisis center that you can follow-up with in the future.
