I have an 11 year old daughter who has told us she has had

I have an 11 year old daughter who has told us she has had thoughts of hurting her mother . And has had thoughts of sexual acts with her parents . She is an A student great athlete and shows no signs of any isolation , change in moods she has been as close to a perfect child as one could ask for .

She certainly needs a detailed evaluation by a mental health professional, and soon.
Pre-teens can be a difficult time for girls due to hormonal changes, and she may consider hurting her self too, given her present state of mind.
I would also consider the possibility of sexual abuse in her case.
Early mental health evaluation is certainly needed here

She has mentioned hurting herself also ,butt says she would never do it . She just has these thoughts that pop in to her head ,and they go away in a few seconds . She has never been abused , Tough a bully at school told her he whent by her house , and saw her having sex with me in front of six or so kids , she cried and was really hurt and now we seem to be hearing all this other stuff .

I can understand your confusion about hearing this stuff from an 11 year old.
As I said before, the age, hormonal changes, school bullying and possibly academic stress, increased self expectations may all have a role to play,
