Well I like how long the DPF when without a regen towards the bottom. Its hard to say if it could be the issue or not.

If it showed that it was reaching soot level limits that means that the DPF is likely damaged internally. If you have issues with this again I would recommend replacing the DPF.

Are you asking if a DPF issue would cause high intake pressure? No, it would cause low pressure. Do you know if the hood has filters in it? There will be two that you can see with the hood open.

It really depends. I couldn't be 100% sure without having my hands and eyes on it. It's not an easy thing to diagnose.

Since you've already replaced the turbo, actuator and intake manifold pressure sensor, no I don't have any further recommendations. Basic maintenance, air filter and fuel filters could cause low power/low boost. An overhead that's far out of adjustment can also. So I think you're on the right track. Personally the items that I look at with a 125 are, in this order:

• DPF
• Boost leaks
• Boost sensor
• Barometric pressure sensor
• Turbocharger 
• Air filters

No, I wouldn't suspect that the ECM is the issue in your case. It is possible that the ECM is the problem or that there is an issue with the harness. These two possibilities are extremely unlikely. Are you still only getting the 125 fault code?

Well in a situation like this I would try to perform the installation and calibration procedures. If I were working on your truck right now I'd be taking a hard look at the DPF/SCR or maybe trying to file a warranty claim for a faulty turbocharger. I really think that your issue is I'm one of those two places. I suppose I would go over the overhead settings also.

The EGR cooler could become plugged with soot, oil, condensation and even a small amount of coolant and you may not have noticeable coolant loss. If the cooler was plugged yes, you should have a fault code but in many cases you won't get fault codes that you should. It's definitely possible for something like this to cause a 125, I've never seen it myself though.

That's crazy. If it's plugged you could remove it and either clean it or send it to a radiator shop to be cleaned.
