Hi have issue with...

Hi have issue with 2016 volvo with fault code regen in a loop the only thing that is comming up though most of the stuff is replaced starting with egr finishing up with inter cooler the only thing not replaced is turbo though i did replace turbo actuator...

The first thing I would do is make sure both the ecm and acm software is up to date. There are revisions for this error. I would then run a regen and monitor the t2 and 3 sensors and make sure they are running 850 plus. Check the injector actuation percentage and see if it shows it maxed out. I would also make sure the learned data reset has been done when the parts were replaced as well

Injectors checked software is up to date like I said 2-3 both doesn’t reach more when 610

It doesn’t do it it just trying to raise a temperature in dpf like I said it should be around 660 and it raises it till 600

First 4 injectors between-4 to -10% and 5th is 20% and 6 is 7%

I would pull the dpf and see if it shows any fiberglass inside of it from the flex pipe coming apart. If that is fine I would try putting a catalyst in it.

Turbo actuator, egr ,egr cooler, 7th injector , lines to 7th injector , 7 th injector module, flex pipe, catalyst, dpf filter

I would check the reading on the EGR differential pressure sensor and make sure it is reading a good zero, Make sure there are no indication that the egr valve is staying open. Try to recalibrate the turbo and run the motor effort test to make sure it is not sticking when it gets hot. If moving the sector shaft by hand you hear a noise when moving the turbo is probably hanging up. Make sure the boost pressure and intake air temp is not reading biased as well. If that is fine, please provide the MSW numbers before and after the update and I will see what changes were made.

The only thing left not replaced is turbo charger I start to think just to replace turbo though no fault codes and with it though it was overheated before

Replaced turbo didn’t helped any other ideas? Can injectors cause not raising temperature? Apparently part # is wrong from 2014 is different set up and this one 2016
