The 31 fault is 84-1 vehicle speed sensor loss of signal. Usually this is a faulty vehicle speed sensor or wiring between the sensor and the engine ECM.
The 39 fault is 164-11 injection actuation pressure system fault. This indicates that there is an issue with the fuel system. Since you have fault 15 I would focus on that first.
The 15 fault could be 164-2 injection actuation pressure signal erratic, 164-3 injection actuation pressure voltage high or 164-4 injection actuation pressure voltage low. I'll send the troubleshooting for the injection actuation pressure sensor. The pressure sensor or the wiring for the sensor is likely the issue.
