Original codes were: SPN 1569, SPN 3226, SPN 5031Now they remain and still got the derate warning despite changing the outlet NOX sensor

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! Typically with these faults you will need to clear them manually. Otherwise, to get the nox fault to become inactive you'll need to perform a regen or a long test drive. To get the derate fault to become inactive you'll need to complete 3 successful "trips" with no active faults.

Thanks for replying so quick, this is driving me crazy, I have a load with mewhat should I do?Manual regen?I don’t think that a long test drive will be possible for me, since I got the derate warning and already consumed the 4 hr they gave, I’m afraid I’m stuck at a Pilot trying to solve this myself and avoid me shop money

No problem.

If it will let you perform a regen that should get the nox fault to go inactive.  Then you'll have to drive long enough for the ECM to perform all of it's self checks 3 times and cycle the key between each drive. Sometimes idling for a few minutes each time works. Other times you actually need to drive it.

Or you could pay someone to clear the faults with diagnostic software.

How long is the long enough? Because I don’t think I can drive far enough going at 5mph

That might not work at all because the exhaust probably won't be hot enough with only going 5mph. You may be stuck paying for someone to clear the faults.
