Hello I have a cummins Isx 15 on 2011 kw t800 im trying do regen but the truck not acept on the dash i put my cummins inside and im tey to force regen and wont work I have a code 3753 Active do you know something about it ?

Diesel Particulate Filter Active Regeneration Inhibited Due to System Timeout - Condition Exists. The system was unable to perform an active regeneration of the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter.
The ECM detects that the system is requesting an active regeneration of the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter for an extended period of time
Possible frequent need for aftertreatment regeneration.Possible causes of this fault code include:
Malfunctioning aftertreatment temperature sensor(s)
Malfunctioning or stuck in-range aftertreatment DPF differential pressure sensor
An engine malfunction resulting in high engine out smoke
Damaged or malfunctioning original equipment manufacturer (OEM) wiring harness to the differential pressure sensor
Aftertreatment DPF with excessive ash accumulation caused by lubricating oil consumption or coolant consumption.
An excessive ash accumulation condition reduces the soot holding capability of the DPF and will cause frequent aftertreatment regenerations

What condition is the DPF in? Has the truck had any coolant go through exhaust such as EGR cooler leak or blown head gasket?

no coolant leak. the coolant level is the same

It looks like the filter itself may actually be plugged.

The pressure sensor sort are sensing too much differential. There may actually be a clog.

If you can just inspect the DPF, you may see a clog in the tubes.

If you can remove the exhaust tubing and clamps, see if the catalyst inside looks melted or clogged. There are tiny tubes that go through it.

Yes, just don't damage the inner core. Look for soot buildup or melted looking areas.

This photo is just for reference. You won't actually take the core out, just look at it.

Looks like your engine fan is on too. That's why your regen stops. Any check engine light will stop the regen. How hot is it where you are?

We need to get the coolant light to stay off. And keep engine fan on while doing regen.

The light don't go on at dash bord just on the computer then go off inactive quickthe fan is off manually

Turn the fan on and try a regen. Temp light is stopping the regen.

We have to figure out why the coolant light is coming on. Regen will never happen with the light coming on.

Yes, sorry was putting an injector pump on. Map sensor and coolant sensor 2 different things.

There are 2 coolant sensors. 1 for gauge, 1 for ECM. I am not near a laptop to look them up.
