On your fault codes the 5394 fmi 5 that is for open circuit for the def doser. The 3226 is for outlet nox sensor. This will need replaced. Check the resistance of the def doser and make sure it is between 8-11 ohms. If it is not then it will need replaced. If it is fine then trace the wiring between there and the acm to find the open circuit to repair. Then perform an learned data reset and run thru a regen. I hope this helps you with your question.

The other faults are for the intake nox and just for inducement which will see if they come back during a regen

The harness can cause the fmi 5 but will not cause the fmi 12 or 13,16 or 18

I have had this happen and them be ghost faults before. That is why a regen is needed for verification after the outlet is replaced

The voltage at the doser is a PWM signal so it is not something that is measured. Resistance is checked from end to end. All that is put out of the ACM is a low ambient signal to check the presence of a load in order to make sure the doser is present on the circuit. Your inlet will not read on this model year. You will need to adjust the clutch pedal switch on this unit and find out why the regen temps are not coming up

Check the adaptive factor on the 7th injector, Check and see if it is plugged up. Run the egr and vgt test both hot and cold. Check to see if the dpf or doc is face plugged

That is just for the adaptive cruise and will not affect anything going on here.

I would have the DPF cleaned and possibly swap the DOC out with a new or test one to see if the washcoat is gone from it

Voltage on both sensors is 14 and they are both new

The nox sensor will not start broadcasting data until it is hot enough. I have had them run back to back regens to get them to read and even then sometimes they will not read until after the regen is over with. You will only be able to read the outlet nox on this model year.

The sid 211 is a 5 volt supply fault which will be a separate issue
