The fault is for crankcase ventilation system disconnected. This can be caused by leaks in the CCV system. For instance if the breather tube is leaking out of the rocker cover. If the dipstick tube is not locked all the way down, or the oil cap is not tight. Either way this will not shut the truck down or cause a derate issue. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Okay thank you. I will check at my next stop. How would I check if the breather tube is leaking out of the rocker cover?

I looked at my engine and I see some oil residue on the hose from the oil cap into the engine right at the bend. It is not from filling oil. Could this be the culprit?
