The expert you've addressed "Cat Man" doesn't appear to be online at the moment.If there's no communication to your scan tool, I'd unfortunately think that the ECM may be damaged. If you give me the last 6 of the VIN I can pull some diagrams for you, especially for the diagnostic connector.At this point, if it were in my shop I'd attempt to connect to the ECM with a bench harness. If you have the proper battery voltage, grounds and ignition voltage, and the engine is turning over its likely an ECM issue.
