2010 mack MP7 450 now in regeneration zone 4 with soot level at 140 % when I start a force regeneration my after treatment fuel injection pressure starts at 65psi but quickly drops to 3psi and my exhaust temp won't go over 375 deg

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with this trucks aftertreatment system. The turbo and doser injector are very common potential causes for the symptoms you are experiencing but it sounds like you have changed these parts already. Check for any exhaust leaks or restrictions as well as verifying whether or not the aftertreatment catalyst's face plugged or restricted. Try checking for any fault codes logged within the ECM history and memory to troubleshoot those fault codes individually. If you have confirmed all repairs have been made based on the fault codes that exist with 100% certainty, you very well could have a software related issue requiring the need to have the Mack diagnostic software connected to reset your aftertreatment system components manually with the software or potentially run any software updates necessary to reset the software back to factory settings and erase any previously learned behavior to resolve any software related glitches that may exist. Found I am only getting 1.3V to the injector from the ECM checked all the wires and found no continuity problems. Suspect a bad ECM

Thank you for the updated information. It sure does sound like a bad ECM. I do know some dealers have the ability to bench test ECM's. I would check with your dealer to see if they have that ability to test yours.
