I have a Volvo VNL 780 with a Cummins ISX motor, it is not cranking and I get no electrical to it but the batteries are full

Okay. On the cab pass thru in the drivers side. There is a plastic pass thru that has 2 studs under the main electrical connection. If your 03 is a version 2 it will have a main ground and power. If it has the old style hood and the truck is a version 1 then it will have 2 powers. Please check them and let me know what you find.Try and leave the key on when you check so it puts a load on the circuit

Ok, I am going to go back out to the truck and check that shortly, I am just getting off of work. What other suggestions may you have for me when I am looking over the tractor? I do know I have two powers, so I have the version 1.

If you have good power at both of them make sure that the cab has good ground. There is a ground stud on the firewall under the cab pass thru. I have had problems with corroded pass thru connections on the main connector also. You should also check fuses f15 and f16. If you wish I can send a phone call request when you are ready and can walk you thru some other steps. Let me know. Thanks
