Do you have codes on the dash? If so, what are they? If not, then a scanner needs to be put on the vehicle to determine the codes.

When regens fail and the vehicle goes into limp mode, the filter is too clogged. A lot of times the regen has gone too far and a shop will have to do the regen.

The bigger question is why did it fail? It can be sensor issues, pressure issues, etc. If you have any codes on the dash, I can convert them for you and get down to why the vehicle will not regen.
