C15 in a Kenworth SAR...
C15 in a Kenworth SAR T404 it blew a the 1inch hose going to header tank and because none of the temp gauges or sensors worked at the time I’m uncertain of how hot she got. The mechanic (poor excuse for one) changed that hose and told by our boss to change lot that day, well he didn’t. 2 days the coolant hose that feeds the compressor spilt n you guessed it she got hot. I refused to drive it until the sensors and gauges where changed so I wouldn’t keep breaking down, that afternoon new sensors gauges n thermostats were changed but once it starts pulling serious weight it’s seems to be pressurising the system and pumping coolant out.

Head gasket or cylinder head is putting combustion gases in the coolant. Test is with a tester that pulls the gases off the top of the radiator, through a liquid that changes color when exhaust gases are present. If that is the case, the engine will need need head to be pulled!
