HI I'm Wayne

I will look these codes up for you

1st code

that code is low voltage

it can be from truck sitting awhile and batteries went down

Or charging system is not putting out correct voltage

Also most Cascadia have a cut off switch,if corroded it will show low voltage to

to sam cabin, Sam Cabin is located under the glove box assembly, open the glove box, remove the 4 screws holding it in, and the sam cabin is under there

the 164 code pertains to the modular switch field,

that is the module that has the hazard switch button in it

128-27-7 tells us that the EGR valve is not responding as it should be . The ECM commands it to a specific position and then monitors the egr position sensor to make sure that the valve has moved to the commanded setpoint . The ECM is constantly changing the commanded setpoint depending on driver demands and load conditions and continuously monitors the egr position sensor to make sure valve continues to function properly . This is a type of feedback to the ECM . When the valve fails to meet setpoint , this fault will set . Your valve may be sticking or starting to fail on you

Ok the last code is

That code is telling me that there is either a low voltage situation to the SAM Cabin module or there is a data link error between it and one of the other modules. Check your alternator for charging issues and the batteries for voltage output

I hope this helps you
