I'm also wondering if the issue might be a stuck expansion valve, stuck closed?

Good evening
Do you have the a/c gauges on the truck?
If so, what do they read?
Does the engine fan cycle?
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Fan was cycling, gauge on and it was reading high around 100, so I bled down to about 55 @ 85 degrees F, and still didn't circulate.

Possible expansion valve or compressor.

i would consider those first, while servicing the system,be sure to replace dryer
