My air pressure on the dash is 140 primary and 110 secondary. How do I even those out?
JA: What's the make/model/year of your truck? Engine type?
Customer: 1998 Pete 379 550 cat
JA: Are you fixing your truck yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I haven't tried anything yet. I bought an air governor but haven't replaced it yet. Yes I am working on it myself

Air governor just controls the on /off of the compressor. The air tanks are separated by a check valve, this check valve may need to be replaced, so air can enter and equalize.
