JA: What is the complete model and serial number of your machine?
Customer: Model s250 turbo - *521315172*
JA: Are you fixing this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, check the connector on the actuator and wiring system
JA: Anything else you want the equipment mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Bobcat start the lift and the tilt pedal are not functioning.

Hi my name is***** will be glad to try to help. What are you getting for fault codes? Check all fuses and relays as well as safety switches such as lap bar, seat switch, or door switch if equipped. Try having the lift tile actuators recalibrated as well and let me know what you have for codes.

HI Dan the inner lock system not sending power to the solenoid and actuator. Fuses and relay still good. It ☔ season here and I only work on it on my spare time. The menu code is not functioning.

thanks for the update. I help on here in my spare time as well so no worries. We can post as needed. Check for power to the hydraulic control valve solenoids as it is possible you have a failed controller if the controller has safety switch engaged signal but not powering the solenoids to open up the functions. See if your dealer can bench test and reprogram your existing controller and see if it reveals a failed controller or resolves your issue. Let me know
