I had a return line to the power steering leaking. So I replaced both hoses while I had it apart. Now there is a hard spot whenever you turn it to the left. no matter where the tires are lined up to. I've bled the lines and the steering box turned my wheels all the way each way several times but can't get it

Sounds like air, if you have bled it and still a issue, make sure the u joint at the steering box isn't seized that will cause a hard steer, if ok pull the Pittman arm off and retest if still there then something is wrong with that steering box
