iam changing the compressor on my 60 series detroit and i cantget the compressor off
JA: What's the make/model/year of your truck? Engine type?
Customer: 2003 frightliner
JA: Are you fixing your truck yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes i have the 5 bolts out and the hoses disconnected but it wont slip back i dont know if there is a dowel stuck there or not
JA: Anything else you want the truck mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i have the stering pump of and the plate that it goes on to

yes it is stuck on either the dowel pin

or the oil feed tube, pry back on it a little
