What could cause my Sullair (LS-16) compressor oil to foam?

Customer Question

what could cause my Sullair (LS-16) compressor oil to foam?
JA: What is the complete model and serial number of your machine?
Customer: I don't know as it belongs to a customer of mine, all I know is that it is a LS-16 Sullair
JA: Are you fixing this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: My customer is trying to trouble shoot. So far they have cleaned the radiator and replaced the oil.
JA: Anything else you want the equipment mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't know much more than that.
