What is going on is the data link has been interupted to the dashThe data link on these trucks have 2 junctions one behind the datalink connector to the left of the drivers seat the other below the garbage door centre dash lowerYou need to undo one connector at a time and see what's causing the issue when the dash starts working again we can narrow it further from thereThese junctions or splice plugs will have usually three or four connectors going to them and the wires will be twistedLet me know how you do
