Does not seem to be taking the charge
Any way to determine if charger is working? It is warm to the touch
Red light is on in centre of charger indicator
Yellow red green division indicators not lit

Red light is saying charger is not working. Do you have a voltmeter to test with? Check battery voltage, then attach charger , voltage should increase by at least three volts. Measure battery voltage, then check the plug on forklift where charger attaches, is it the same? Charger has to see battery voltage or it will not close contact and start charging.

It can also be battery problem. Is this series of batteries or a single large battery? Do all clees test 2 volts?
