Customer Question

I have 05 Mack cv713 granite and I am getting diesel fuel in the radiator overflow tank. What could be the cause of this? I keep blowing hoses as well, but the truck is not over heating.

Do you recommend changing all injectors?
Expert:  Daniel Wilson replied 1 year ago.

What mileage is on them? They should be changed around 500K

Expert:  Daniel Wilson replied 1 year ago.

If they have low mileage you can have them tested and cleaned.

551,000 miles. On average what's the labor cost for this job and time it usually takes?
Expert:  Daniel Wilson replied 1 year ago.

Depends if you remove the head to do the cups or do them in chassis. If the shop does them in chassis it can be done in a day. Removing the head is at least half and in chassis for labor
