I have a kubota 7510HST I engaged the PTO and it doesn't

I have a kubota 7510HST I engaged the PTO and it doesn't disengage with the lever movement any sugessstions

Customer: was tilling the garden and disengaged the PTO when I went to put it back in it didn't engage I reclutch it and it engaged. When I tried to disengaged it would not disengage. It does stop if I put the clutch in

all linkage moves cant see if the shaft inside is moving seems to be a rollpin through the linkage but cant tell if the shaft inside of that is moving

would need to take a look at back housing, if it is moving
