Wee have a sullair 49 HP with less than 200 hours on it the third month of use we are getting oil in the coolant wheir hoping it maybe just a o ring in the oil cooler inter change, it doesn't seem to be head or valve seat damage test ran with stop leak didn't make a difference we haven't ran it much between flushing out the cooling system each time. PS its down in a mine site hoping to fix it there.

what you need to do is is drop the oil pan

and pressure the cooling system, had see if you see

droplets rolling down the cylinder walls
