Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today.In some cases I may need more info to assist better.I apologize for any delay.My info is somewhat limited on your model here but I had seen no one else has responded and would like to see if I can help here.If at any time you feel that I cannot help with this please let me know.

The first thing that needs done here is to have a fully compatible scan tool hooked up to your model to read out all fault codes set with this issue here.Once this is done any codes set need diagnosed to help locate and repair this issue here.I have seen issues with broken ac compressor wiring or ac clutch relay failure or even an internal fault in the heater control or engine computer cause this type of fault here needing replaced.Most of the time it is broken or damaged wiring leading to the ac compressor or the fuse/relay panels or to the computer that causes this issue.

If you have already read out the codes note the code numbers and clear them out and see if the ac operates then.If it does not and the codes come back post the code number and info here on these codes.

This will need checked into further to help locate and repair this issue here.
