Code 98 is defined as a coolant diverter valve circuit fault. I've seen this many times
The coolant diverter controls coolant flow through the ore cooler after the turbos.
Two things cause this code.The first is a break or short in the harness that connects to the valve. I see this the most.
Second is a failed coolant diverter valve.
