Yes. When the Engine is running. Oil is supposed to come out of the holes on the sides of the injectors. These are the oil spill ports. When the injector finishes injection, and power is removed from the injector. The oil is pushed out the holes.There are three things I have seen cause a 164-2 and 164-11.
The first is a faulty IAP sensor. Which you have replaced.
Second is a faulty heui pump.
Third is a leaking injector. They can leak past the top o ring or out the spill port all the time.To trouble shoot, a 5000 psi gauge needs to be connected to the outlet port of the heui pump. While cranking it should make 4200 psi or higher steady. If it does not. The pump is bad.

Yes I do. The only special tool you will need is the quick release tool on the lower oil feed line. It is part number(###) ###-#### ***** rest is unbolt and rebolt. The HEUI pump is not timed.
