I will have to get those pulled of tomorrow. I thought I had copy of coded. I remember one was about the EGR Valve but do not remember code number.

39 is VNT Vane/ EGR fault. Here is the Troubleshooting information Fault 39

49 is Turbo compressor inlet/outlet temp.

52 is an indication of internal ECM problems

39 is likely the main part of your problem.... EGR problems and VNT turbo problems. Likely plugged with soot/carbon buildup

Monitor your boost pressure and also check for leaks in your turbo and intake piping and opertion of your VNT turbo as the turbo may not be opening up for full boost
