Customer: I just fixed 4 water lines (2 from the oil cooler and 2 from the water pump) cuz it rusted, changed the oil cooler seal and changed the oil line that runs from the oil cooler to the turbo on a 2006 Freightliner C120 with Detroit 60 engine. the check engine light came up with a fault code eng noresp 128s 146 07 and the water temperature is fluctuating from 100 - 150...

I don't knw what u meant by referring to section 10. 18.

Code s 146/7 — occurs if actual EGR rate during EGR mode operation is less than it

should be. This fault will lock boost mode operation and illuminate the CEL for the

remainder of the ignition cycle.

Possible plugged or faulty EGR valve
