Pulled Injector right bank engine to replace injector o rings as suggested but injector hole full of diesel pulled second injector an fuel leveled off but still has a good amount of fuel in holes

Hi, sounds like you have a common rail system and what you should do is drain the head of fuel before removing injectors by removing the return and feed line on the head. You will need to turn the engine over to get the fuel out of cylinders to avoid had lock. Cover with loose rags so the spray doesn't go all over the place and be advise it's a considerable amount of pressure so go slow and wear glasses.
