Unfortunately I have seen this several times on the C13. There are two things I have seen cause this.
The first and most common is a faulty high pressure turbo. Sometimes they can fail and push exhaust down the oil drain back tube and elevate crankcase pressure.
Second is carbon packing behind the piston rings. When this happens it will cause wear in the cylinder and elevate crankcase pressure.
